Sounds to me that you are doing really well
You realised you needed help so you did something about
it...you have made decisions in your last paragraph of your post and answered you own questions lol..
*I am thinking that maybe I should just wait until after I am done with school to take this class...(Sensible thinking Jade)
*In the mean time I am not sure what the best way to deal with the anxiety is...(You answer your question in your next sentence..well done!)
*Maybe I should take some yoga classes, exercise and just try to relax more...(Sounds like a plan you would enjoy :)
CBT is another brilliant suggestion to follow up on..and yes meds for those times when anxiety gets the best of us is also good.
