Whoa
Tough day. Lots of agitation from Luvox. It's been more than three weeks on the higher dose. You would think the side effects would diminish. OCD threw everything at me today. However, I know it's from the side effects plus I know it's the toxic waste inside my brain. Gets me through just fine and the progress continues. Feeling much better now after the Klonopin kicks in. I take a lot less than the doc allows. Days like today I ought to take more. The CBT Doc says taking as little as I do (.25-.50 mgs) is like a person with a headache licking an aspirin tablet.

Spent the entire day obsessing about whether a small twinge of anxiety can be counted as anxiety? Bizarre stuff. Is it the same thing that causes anxiety attacks?

Still, through it all today I knew all was well. That's the neat thing about learning all there is to know about this stuff.

Best,
David

Anxiety is tricky!!! Small attack or little one, still makes life hard.  You seem to be really positive about it all though.  OCD is no fun and it sounds as if those toxins are making things difficult for you.  Stay positive...it will pass.  It always does.  xx
I alone can do this, but I cannot do it alone.

David I think you are handling things very well..taking each day as it comes and praising yourself for your acheivements is a fantastic way of working towards feeling well again..

You have a good understanding of what's going on in your body right now and I honestly believe that's half the battle really.

You deserve a gold medal..well done and keep up the good work! tongue
