Good night! Sleep sweet and well! :)
Yesterday's dead
Tomorrow's unknown
Today is here
And soon will be gone.
Use it wisely
Before it's too late
Remember to love
And forget to hate.

it helps to prop both legs up against the wall when lying down for a while, this drains the blood from feet and legs, making the heart pump fresh blood there

can make you feel dizzy nutll you get used to it in which case do it one leg at a time, I do it
