Everyone has differing symptoms of panic/anxiety...all you need to know is that you Are in control..you have been given some great advice here..how about giving some of it a try and getting back to us and letting us know if it has helped..finding the key to calm the anxiety could be as simple as learning breathing techniques...

I have experienced a lot fo these symptoms myself, especially the rapid heartbeat and shortness of breath. A lot of these symptoms can be caused by anxiety and lyn is right, our minds are a funny thing!!!! We can experience so many physical symptoms from anxiety.
I find that relaxation helps me with some of these symptoms and also being aware that it is anxiety that is causing them helps too.
