so I've been taking my Buspar[generic]for about 1 1/2 wks now.  I am finding it is really messing with my already messed up sleep!
there have been 2 nights now where I couldn't sleep until around 5 am.  I already take sleep meds, and it isn't working to good.  I am now taking my evening dose of Buspar at around 8 pm, and morning dose around 7 ish.  I'm am supposed to be taking a third dose too, but where can I fit that in between the hrs of the ones I am already taking?  I can't find anything on the net that tells you how many hrs are supposed to be between doses. confused
This is getting alittle frustrating.  With my FM, sleep is difficult enough, but is oh so very important!
Any ideas?
