Does anyone else feel physically ill?

I thought I was doing good with my anxiety and then bamm... two really bad days. I just feel so sick physically. I have severe tension which makes my shoulders and neck ache, and I just feel tired, run down, anti social and just generally sick.  I just don't know if I will ever be normal again.  I can't work out because it makes me feel more run down.  Any relate?

yes i know how you feel. for about 4 weeks now ive felt like that on and off. and its scaring me because im not sure if i have hiv or if im stressing out so much about having hiv that my body is becoming sick. my shoulders and neck ache often too all i do is try to think of postive things and relax.

I can relate to that. I was on my way to work yesterday and had a very bad panic attack while on the freeway. I felt like I couldn't breath, I couldn't tell if I was making sense when I talking and I couldn't concentrate on what was being said to me. It only lasted about 30-45 minutes but I was mentally and physically drained for the rest of the day. I had tension in my neck and a pounding headache that couldn't even be helped by Advil. By 5:00 pm I felt like I couldnt move I was so exhausted, even making dinner was so hard because I just didn't want to move.
 
As far as working out, I would do very light cardio because it may lift your mood. I know for me I have to do atleast 30 minutes a day on my treadmill jogging/walking even when I am tired because I sleep better at night if I tire myself out during the day.

probably from anxiety, try long soaks in a hot bath and get someone to massage you

however do tell doc as we anxiety sufferers arent immune to other illnesses


recovered former longtime anxiety and panic attack sufferer and helper of other sufferers  but no training or  qualifications in medicine or psychology, any remarks that may be taken as advice must be confirmed with doctor or other health professional
