Here are my favorites.  They have had a SIGNIFICANT impact on my life.  I would recommend they be read in the following order:

Emotionally Free - Grant Mullen, M.D
A Prescription for Healing Body, Soul and Spirit.

Shattered Dreams - Larry Crabb
God's Unexpected Pathway to Joy

The Pressures Off - Larry Crabb

Has anyone else read these?

The Bible. I'm not super-religious, and in fact I skip a lot of the Bible when I read it, but the stuff Jesus said is incredibly inspirational. His teachings get lost in "religiousness" a lot, but man, that guy had some great stuff to say. And, of course, there's the whole thing about his suffering was so much greater than any of our own, which is true and helps to give perspective, but that's not what I'm talking about. How he lived his life, I think, is far more important than anything else in the whole book. How he treated others. His advice. That sort of thing. It's a high, high standard to live up to and I don't come anywhere close, but it is something to strive for nonetheless.
