if you become miserable they can bring on dpression byt they are complete in tthemselves and dont leqd to any worse mental problems

sadly 30 years ago, psychs sometimes told anxiety sufferers that worse mental problems would happen later but they were always wrong

I had severe undiagnosed agoraohobia for 20 years and nothing worse came from it

recovered former longtime anxiety and panic attack sufferer and helper of other sufferers  but no training or  qualifications in medicine or psychology, any remarks that may be taken as advice must be confirmed with doctor or other health professional

Everyone is right. I'm no MD and have no training whatsoever, but I have read that OCD is a form of anxiety disorder and anxiety disorders do not evolve into other, worse psychiatric problems. A lot of times anxiety sufferers feel like they're losing it, and in some ways I guess they do lose it, but not in a really scary psychotic way or anything. There's no risk of that.
I'm a guy.

"debaser" is a song by The Pixies, and that's where my
name on here comes from. You can learn more about
The Pixies and their music at http://www.pixiesmusic.com/

de·base - v. (di-bas')
1. to reduce in quality or value; adulterate: "They debased the value of the dollar."
2. to lower in rank, dignity, or significance: "He wouldn't debase himself by doing manual labor."

—Synonyms 1. lower, vitiate, corrupt; contaminate, pollute, defile. 2. degrade, abase, demean, reduce.

I'm not really that bad a guy, though. Check out my Healing Well journals as I attempt to recover from
anxiety:
