Hi Vdaloka, I find that my anxiety comes and goes as well. Sometimes it's because I'm really anxious about something, or anticipating something and I go numb and start shaking and find it hard to breathe. It is very annoying isn't it!! Sometimes it just comes over me for no reason and i just have to try and stay calm and remember it will pass. How long have you been feeling this way? It really helps to find someone to talk to (this is a pretty good place to start BTW!) that you trust. Are you on any medications for this, or just toughing it out? We can all help with advice if you would like.
