Something strange happened.....what i had didnt quite feel like a panic attack, but the mental symptoms were there. All of a sudden I felt strange, and thought for sure I was going crazy because I had some trouble remembering something that happened to me a while back, and my mind was off to the races. And then a few seconds later my hear was beating fast, etc.

Another panic attack? Really felt like I was going to lose it there for a sec, but still was able to talk/function around people...i hate this!!

I am Kitt.

I agree it sounds like a panic attack but very self limiting.

Panic  is an intense and sudden feeling of fear and anxiety. It is associated with many physical symptoms such as rapid heart beat, trembling, rapid shallow breathing, pins and needles in the arms and feeling faint. Many people who have a panic attack fear that they will collapse or die. These attacks are not harmful and usually go away within 20-30 minutes.

As already posted panic attacks can vary.

Take care of you.
