I understand nobody on here is a professional, but you guys are closer to it than you think and I would love the advice.  I have posted before in the last couple days, as I'm really confused and this site is great.  I am going back to see the pdoc next week, but I am really looking for some suggestions.  You can see my story in my other post, but I really think everything has went down hill since I started medicine.  My problem was that I would drink, not remember, the little OCD would come on and I would go get put on medication to get through it.  Here is what I have been on and am currently taking;
Over the last 3-4 years, I have been on Xanax, Paxil, Cymbalta, Buspirone, Clomipramine (had to go to E.R. on this stuff after one dose), Clonazepan, Mirtazipine, Zoloft, Zyprexa, Seroquel, Prozac and Welbutrin.  I currently take 20 mg of Lexapro and 10 mg of Ambien for sleep.  However, I feel I am getting no better.
I have had every test know to mankind done and nothing seems to materialize.  I don't think I'm dying or anything like, but I could not go through this for another year.  I have two kids under 5 that I only see 10 days per month, but I feel like such a failure to them.
I have noticed that I have a lot of symptoms that go with an inner ear infection, but I also have the symptoms that I could have anything else.  Been diagnosed by everyone as having anxiety, depression and some OCD tendencies towards health issues.  I just feel (I know a lot of people say this) they are missing something.  My eyes are the biggest problem...I cannot talk to someone without feeling like they are thinking I'm crazy and I tend to start to twitch in my neck.  My eyes feel like they are wide open all the time, yet heavy like I'm tired.  It's almost as if I'm trying to focus in on every little thing.  I tend to become dizzy, really shaky after taking a nap, cold all night, sweating and hot all day, short tempered, crabby, no motivation, no sex drive, can't stay asleep, bad dreams, no appetite or overeating...just depends on the day, no concentration, vision seems horrible, pupils seem to fluxuate in size (which I thought was adrenal, but they said they don't recognize that in the medical field).  What is wrong with me???
Could I have damaged my CNS to the point of no return???  Thanks for all your help.

Are you seeing a counselor regularly?
I can't express strongly enough the impact counseling combined with the medicinal therapy can have! There are fantastic resources out there with genuine empathy and professionalism that can help guide you through this tough period. If you don't relate well to the first one try another. It's hard work, but the rewards are great!

As you have no doubt seen around the site everyone reacts different to meds. There is a possibility you are on the wrong meds or not the right dose...only you and doc can deduce that...Some people just do not respond to meds...I suppose it would have to do with if your anxiety etc is based on a chemical imbalance or something else
