I'm totally losing control here thinking that I have MS. Yet, I cant gain control of my thoughts beecause I do have the symptoms! My hand tremor's, i feel like i have tremors coming from the inside of my body, I'm dizzy, its all a mess.

I'm about to go to the hospital and try and get an MRI. I'm 23 years old, I believe now is when the onset occurs of MS - , I'm going crazy.

My anxiety is ALWAYS onset by fears of disease. But, I seriously think I have this one.

Well, chances are you don't. I went through a time when I was absolutely sure I had some kind of tumor in my stomach and that it might even be cancerous. All the symptoms were there. A few of the risk factors were, too. For a long time I refused to the upper endoscopy because I was afraid at what they'd find (and even more afraid of the treatment). I was literally hoping it would matasticize, spread to my brain, and kill me before I knew what hit me. Irrational thinking.

But I didn't have it. Other than my brain getting out of control, I'm as healthy as a horse.

Definitely check it out if you feel it's necessary, but try some of the relaxation techniques on here in the meantime. Write a lot. You'll be okay.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm driving my boyfriend crazy because I always have something wrong and it can never just be a cold - if i have a cough i have pneumonia or a blood clot in my lungs or something that could kill me.

I go to the ER like twice a year and get my lungs checked and do the whole ER experince - , but I've never had an MRI, I think I need one.

I also think I'm crazy, haha.

I feel like I could just die at any moment.

You don't need an MRI. Why expose yourself to useless radiation? It's pretty clear you have a health anxiety problem....try treating that first, and if you still have some symptoms then get them checked out.
