There's a poll if I can figure out how to work it.

But what did you do, how did you feel, etc?

My day consisted of doing things around the house that needed to be done regardless if I wanted to do them. I make my teenagers work with me - gives me time with them, teaches them skills. I took a walk with my wife that I also didn't want to do - but was glad afterwards.

Part of my mind is screaming at me to sleep the afternoon away. It's good to take a nap. But for the first time, I'm learning that those areas I've fled from are actually good - and can be very fulfilling.

This is one of my better times. There will be pain again - but I intend to walk through it - regardless of the anguish and misery.
