Costochondritis or ? sore chest/sore back

i was wondering if this thread sounds familliar to someone?. a few weeks ago i was reading soemones posting about there sore middle chest area, then someone in a reply said to check out info on "Costochondritis or "something else", lol, but i cant remember for the life of it what the other thing was. i did a search but i cant find it, like i said if this sounds familliar please let me know wher eth epost is. i DID have it bookmarked and was oing to go back and read it, but my bookmark is not there anymore  . thanks
