I don't drink that often, but when I do have too much I definitly notice that I get anxiety with my hangover the next day. I think its just the nature of the beast unfortunately, and my doctor said that since alcohol is a depressant, that when you are hungover (i.e. in suedo alcohol withdrawal) your body reacts by getting jittery, palpitations, and sometimes anxiety for those of us already prone to it. Sometimes I wonder if the anxiety is just me being anxious about
whether I did something dumb or not while drinking, lol. Anyways, I agree that rest, plenty of water, and healthy food are the best way to deal with it!
