Does anyone with anxiety find that they are very tired?  I don't know if my tiredness is caused by anxiety or the medication I am on or both.  I have been trying to get past my anxiety for about a year now.  I am doing well.  I can work and do most things, but halfway through the day I really want to go home and sleep.  I have no desire to go out at night, which is unusual for me.  I also started a new med (Cymbalta) 22 days ago.  I am not sure if the extra tiredness is from anxiety or the Cymbalta.  I don't care if if is the Cymbalta, as long as it goes away!!  Anyone have any advice?

you may have a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea which sadly docs seldom think of

are you a heavy snorer?

a no salt diet can cause tiredness

I also have sleep apnea which took far too long to diagnose as I assume all the docs thought my fatigue must be from my depression, I use a CPAP machine every night

theres a common doctors thing to assume that all depression and anxiety sufferers cant be suffering from any illness that comes from a physical cause

I should have also mentioned that if you fight back against the anxiety, and are mostly tensed up anticipating it, this will make you very tired

best to relax, accept and float thru it

'float dont fight'
