grapefruit and pill taking rituals or habits

if on regular meds, the pilltaking can become a habit or a calming  ritual, this can make it hard to cut back on the meds but if you get some vitamin tablets, you can take one of them instead

taking any pill often seems to do whats needed


in general its been recently found that grapefruit or grapefruit juice alter or stop many prescription meds from working

its been taken off the menu at hospitals

it would be wise to avoid grapefruit or the juice if on any prescription meds, the other citrus fruits are said to be all OK

recovered former longtime anxiety and panic attack sufferer and helper of other sufferers  but no training or  qualifications in medicine or psychology, any remarks that may be taken as advice must be confirmed with doctor or other health professional

How did you get so smart?  I ate grapefruit every day and then noticed on the prescrption bottle " do not take with grapefruit" So now my morning routine is pills and cheerios. yeah

Already on 90% of RX bottles here that will contraindicate with certain meds........
