Please remember that a panic attack is self limiting and if you can do the deep breathing that is good.
Do you have medication for the migraine?
A warm bath, soft lights, candles, your favorite music or yoga may help you get through this attack.
Meditation is helpful.................picture yourself in a peaceful place, no stress and feel the soft breeze on your face. No one here will hurt you, your safe and you can let the headache leave, send it off and enjoy the peace. Relax all of your limbs, feel the relaxation as your whole being starts to settle into a peaceful state. Stay in your peaceful space until you are ready to come back to the present.
