I had a stress test and echocardiagram 2 weeks ago.  I went back to my cardiologist yesterday for the results and everything was normal.

Also had an appointment with my primary physician today.  He wants me to take Cymbalta for the next 5 months.  Today is 5 weeks I am on Cymbalta and I have noticed a difference in my anxiety for the better.  It's been 3 1/2 weeks since I had a panic attack.

I still have a road ahead of me, but this is a start.  I would like to thank you all for your support.  It means a great deal to me!!!  I am blessed I found this forum!

Have a good one,
Mary

Hi Kitt.  Thanks for the response.  I was out all day yesterday with my husband to celebrate his birthday.  It was nice for a change to not have any anxiety.  Plus we were far away from home.  I know 6 or 7 weeks ago, I would of not done this.  I took days like this for granted before my A/P started up.  I will NEVER do that again.  I am grateful for every peaceful and relaxing day I experience.

Hugs,
Mary
