When my anxiety started up over a week ago I blamed it on hormones.  So I changed the type of birth control I was on and my anxiety has been uncontrollable.  Could the birth control be too blame?  I also changed my diet over a month ago.  I just can't figure out where this anxiety is coming from and how to stop it.  I'm working with my doc but haven't found a solution yet.  Usually I know why the anxiety has come back and right now I can't firgure it out.  Any feedback?
