Yes I've had chest pains while having a panic attack & it seems cyclical in that if I focus on the chest pain, the PA intensifies & the pain seems worse & the PA intensifies..,round & round it goes. I've found taking the appropriate medication & then focusing on breathing & calming meditation the cycle is broken. Hang in there..,it WILL pass

I would also suggesst some relaxation and breathing tech's to see if that helps

I get them when in high angst alert

If it is continual and worse as it goes on see the doc or ER

Let us know k

Lyn is right, if you continue to have the chest pains, please present to an ER for a Medical Screening Exam.

Keep us posted as we care.
