you should learn CBT so you accept the anxiety and relax your way thru it rather than struggling with it
many anxiety sufferers are oversensetive to sound and light, earplugs and sunglasses help
hypochondria is also common for anxiety sufferers
some become panicky when trying to read anxiety self help books.....
BTW I prefer to call it HEALTH ANXIETY not hypochondria
