Well, I woke up again at 6 a.m. to use the bathroom, only this time, NO ANXIETY, NO PANIC ATTACK, NO NEED FOR XANAX!  And, I went back to sleep after using the bathroom.  Caught up on some missed sleep, because I slept til 10:00 a.m.  Bad news, felt anxious then.  So, I did take a Xanax, and I am still sitting here kinda waiting for it to kick in, because it's 10:20 a.m. right now.  At least I felt good at 6 a.m.  I guess that is some improvement, eh?

I do have a question...I am so fatigued since starting the Lexapro...anyone heard of that?  I havent' even went to the full dose yet, I am still on a half dose until tomorrow night, and, I am just so freaking fatigued.  Anyone heard of this?  Anyone dealt with this?  Will it go away with time?  Is it going to be worse when I go to my full dose tomorrow?

Well, I am going to go rest for a while.  I will check in with you all later!!!

Thanks for EVERYTHING always!

Good Morning Tammy,

Good for you, you slept in, that is ok.  You will adjust to the med so if your experiencing some fatigue just go with it and rest.  Just lay back and chill.  Read a book, listen to music.  Sleep.

Your body is probably glad to let go of the anxiety and just relax.

Kudos for you.  yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah   Gentle Hugs

Respectfully
Kitt

Thanks for the encouraging words guys! I appriciate it! I hope the same does go for me, cuz I am tired of being tired! Although, my anxiety IS lower, and I'd rather be tired and fatigued than dealing with a panic attack, or anxiety!!! Yesterday, I spent most the day on the couch, and today, I plan to do the same...although, I did tell my boyfriend maybe we could TRY a SMALL walk in our favorite park today...provided we don't go deep into the woods. I am going to give it a try. I need fresh air, and I need to walk. The park is about 10 minutes away. I am going to give it a real try, and will let you all know how it goes!!!
