I know I have had times in the past where I felt like you but I have worked thru it with self help techniques and CBT
Welcome aboard and I am sure more will answer your posts

You should see a doc and perhaps talk over a med regime or some coping skills

NO you are not going crazy sweetie

Good Morning,

Welcome to Healing Well and to the A & P forum.

I am sorry that your having a hard time.  Yes I too have had the shaky feeling inside however I have a hand tremor so that gets worse with high anxiety.

Have you seen a physician yet for your problems?  A medication may be indicated and Lyn mentioned CBT..........

Moodgym is a free self help program to teach cognitive behaviour therapy skills to people vulnerable to depression and anxiety.

http://moodgym.anu.edu.au/

I have not used it but several members have and have liked it. Nothing should take the place of your therapist if you are seeing one.

Please stay with us and keep posting.  You are family now.

Safe hugs.

Respectfully
Kitt

Hello,

I know what shaking feling your talking about both my sister and I both have that problem too. Although when I get a bad attack I will shake like I am cold and chatter my teeth and I cant stop it no matter how hard I try. I dont have problems in public but my sis does and she will say she can feel her body shaking but it does not look like she is. I would talk with a doc about it and see if they can give you something to help you out.
Best wishes!

a beta blocker med taken as needed reduces shaking

also  helps to relax, accept and flost thru the anxiety and not tense up or fight back

remember to breathe deep and slow

WOW! I get this sensation also, and I feel like my voice shakes when it happens and I am talking. It only happens when I am sitting and talking in a one on one situation which is a situation I feel least comfortable in. You are not going crazy! Good luck with everything
