Hey im from the crohns board but i also have anxiety issues but Im still figuring those out. Anway I read your prob about your stomach probs. I think you really need to have a colonoscopy. Trust me, they are not that bad! I had one last year when I was 21 and it was fine. I had been in so much pain for years and I first told them i would absolutely NOT do the scope. Well it finally got so bad I had no choice but to do the scope. And it turned out I did have crohn's.
If you do have crohn's, it can be treated. There are medicines that you can take so you can feel better.
PS Every person with crohns disease is different. Personally I dont have an diarrhea or blood in my stool. But I do go to the bathroom a lot. I also have terrible abdominal pains and fatigue.
