Well, I was nervous about feeling crappy when I woke up today, because last week, I had an amazing day where I went shopping and did all kinds of stuff, and then I woke up the next day to feeling bad again...I wrote about that.  Anyway, I woke up today feeling like I did yesterday, like the old Tammy.  I feel great.  And, already today I went back to my parents house to pick up my son...they kept him overnight, and I have been doing stuff here and there, and when John gets back from where he is at, we are going to take Jay Jay to the park!!!  I feel good.  I feel the Lexapro is doing AMAZING things for me.  I feel like I haven't felt in months, and it feels so great!!!

I figured I'd come on here and tell you all how I am feeling, because some of you might be wondering.  Plus, I feel we don't have enough positive stuff going on here, so I am adding my positive stories.  I hope I have more to share!  I also hope other people have some to share too.  I hope everyones weekend is going as good as mine!  Everyone deserves to feel this great.

if you are lucky enough to find an antidepressant that works for you it will help more than any other med, IMO

possibly you will need to up the dose later to keep it working

Tammy, it is always great to hear good news.  It gives positive vibes to everyone and lets us know there is hope for all of us!

I had a wonderful weekend with my husband and my family.  We all went to the beach and boardwalks at the Jersey Shore.  Had a lot of fun!    Can't wait to go back in a few weeks!

It would be awesome to hear more stories.  Thanks for the inspiration sweetie.
As always, my best to you!!!!

Hugs,
Mary

So glad to hear that you are having some great days!  I sure hope that they continue for you!  You're doing so great and going outside your comfort zone to face your fears and that is such a huge step!  Good for you!!!

You are right...it was your picture that did it to me. After I seen that I did a full recovery...ha ha ha.

Junebug, Kitt, thanks for the dancers. I am still feeling pretty great today...knock on wood, and still NO XANAX!

I have heard a lot of good things about Lexapro, and I am living good things with Lexapro. I use to be nervous that my doctor wasn't going to prescribe me more Xanax, and now, I don't care if he does or not. I have a few left, and they are here for serious need basis, but I don't care about getting more now!!!!

Thanks everyone for the support, and thanks for the full recovery mystruggle!!! HA HA HA: HA HA HA.
