I too have had that feeling and taking all the meds I need in the morning makes it worst till it works it's way in my system and have had panic attacks in the night/mornings where I would rip up the bed sheeting's and would wake up feeling that way too and never new why other then my anxiety was in overtime, but having learned to deal with it with CBT, I have not had that problem since.
But I know we tend to talk a lot about CBT but I really wonder how many ppl really try or stick with it, I for one know it works and have been panic free now for 7 months. It's not an easy thing to stick to but it dose work.
