Let me start by saying that i am 21 weeks pregnant and am sick and tired of all of this anxiety every day it is something new...I thought i would feel better like i did with my first son but that is not happening.. I have this overwhelming fear of going crazy after i have this baby...i pray every day that it won't happen.  I am having such a hard time right now some days are great and others are awful i am sure that on some level this might be normal but it sucks and I AM DONE....I don't want to do this anymore so let this crap come on i am tired of being beaten down every day and night with it...i am tired and hate that it is slowly stealing the joy from my life because it is MY LIFE...I have tried meds in the past and they made me feel worse...the only thing that helps a little is the xanax...anti depressants make me depressed and feel even crazier and i won't ever feel like that again... nono i know meds work wonders for some but not me...i tried therapy but the therapist was not listening and just wanted me to take meds for help...i refused and left therapy...this is so absurd..it's seriously been 11 years now and i am no better now than i was in the beginning...Thanks for letting me vent.... eyes

Good Morning, not so good huh?  I am sorry.  This is Kitt and you may come on here and vent and tell us how you feel whenever you want to.

We understand so please know we are here for you. If your Physician has told you that using the Xanax is safe and you need it then IMO you should use it if it helps you.

Gentle hugs for you and for that new baby too. yeah

Respectfully
Kitt

HI there
I am so sorry this is how you are feeling
It should be a happy and wonderous time for you
You say the xanax helps what is your dosage and will your doc continue you on them til last trimester
YOU are not and will not be going crazy ......you wouldnt know if you were.....

Your hormones are all outta whack as you already know and this will pass as it did with your son.......it just might take a wee bit longer hun....

I do remember feeling like this with Cait who is now a teen and a wonderful young lady at that and it hurts you makes you feel less a MOM and person .....made me feel like a horrid all around ass to tell you the truth wanted to crawl up and kiss the world goodbye

BUT
I stuck thru it got myself into self help techniques and I am also doing CBT right now and for me it helps
I know ( fairly sure) you are not the only MOM that has or will feel this way
Know it is part of the fight and you must fight it do not give up or in sweetie
We are all here for you and you come here and vent all you want okay
Anything I can help you with email me okay under name at side

Thoughts and lotsa luv coming your way
