Thank you everyone who has given me a chance to talk about my anxiety, but this is my last time on this site. Growing depended on others can be a good thing and bad because when you need them the most they might not be there and not because any fault of there own.

I have been in technology for 14 years and because of anxiety the past two years has been extremely rough for me and my wife(FOR ONLY TWO YEARS) and we had depended on others for two years and its been a let down. Thanks for your time and support but this will be the last time on this site.

you really need this site, we all here for ya, i don't feel depended on this site, it just helped understand what i was going threw, and as i go through treatment, some of my meds haven't worked right, and you can hear what meds have helped others on here, i can ask my doctor if they might work for me, not many people understand anxiety at all, and here they do, so i think this site is great for me not to feel alone in this.

Good Morning,

Thank you for your email, that was very  thoughtful of you.

Support groups are a place for people to give and receive both emotional and practical support as well as to exchange information. People with health conditions, as well as their friends and families find support groups to be a valuable resource and get confirmation that their feelings are "normal", educate others, or just let off steam. IMHO joining a support group is joining a family and depending on just one person in the family is not always healthy and may defeat the purpose of being a member of a group.

I would hope you reconsider and stay with us, and make use of the whole group. We do know where your coming from and what your going through.

You are a valuable member of our family J I hope you stay, but I will also honor your right to leave if that is your choice. If it is, I am sorry we could not meet your needs and I wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Respectfully
Kitt
