Hi there

Just thought i would introduce myself here.

My name is Angel and i am normally on the depression forum, but thought i would join this one aswell as i get really bad Anxiety and panic.

I will post here but i am going to take my time and not rush into it as that will probably bring on the panic and anxiety.  I need to do it in my own time.  Hope you all understand.

Take care all
           Love and hugs

Angel,

I'm glad to see you here. I haven't been on the Anxiety or Depression boards much lately, I haven't felt up to do much of anything, but I do wonder how you're doing. I check the posts from time to time though. Hope you find some help on here as well.

I'm kind of confused by Kitt's post though, aren't you two pretty close? It seemed like she was introducing herself for the first time, hehe tongue

Hi this is Kitt and your right, I edited my post.  I guess I did not have to say who I was lol.  I was simply welcoming Angel to the A & P forum.  I want her to have the chance to meet all the members here as a group forum works best if she feels comfortable posting to all .

Thanks for pointing that out.  I am used to saying "I am Kitt"  kind of like "I am Johnny Cash".........heee heee.

Hehe, that's what I figured. I just was thinking about it and I went to the depression forum and was like "Wait a second.." :D

Hey Angel! And yes, it makes perfect sense as to how you are feeling. You could try jotting down your thoughts on paper as they come to you, and then when you feel ready to sit here at your computer and write to us, look at your notes, and put it together from there. Just a suggestion!!!

HUGS

Haha, Angel I know exactly how you feel. I can't tell you how many times I've written out entire posts and then instead of hitting submit, I just hit the 'x' button and decide not to post anything. I always feel like people are going to think I'm just whining or my complaints are stupid. Even though I know that's not the case with this great forum here! Ah, the joys of anxiety.

Sometimes I just like to come on and read others' posts and especially the fun ones.
