Kudos to both of you. I think your both wise and wonderful for using this form of putting your thoughts down in a journal and/or blog. I would love to hear from others that have a blog or journal and know if you feel it helps you.

Hi. I keep a journal and write it in everyday, even if I am shaking like a leaf from anxiety (and yes, I really do shake like a leaf sometimes-good thing I am not a surgeon....lol.) and I bring it with me when I see my doctor. That way he can see what days I am doing okay and when I am not. He looks for trends.
I think it's a great idea to keep a journal or blog.
