I haven't written in a few months as I started my new job (finally) and have been busy, busy, busy....at least it helps keep the anxiety levels down and the time for me to worry about health issues at a minimum!  HOWEVER, I just found out I have to go back to the doc in order to get more blood pressure medicine and you may remember that I have a horrific fear of walking into the doctor's office - I go straight to a panic attack and feel sure I will faint (which I actually did once).  Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about those natural remedies they have out there for lowering BP - it would save me a trip to the dreaded doctor and also might be cheaper and better for me anyway.  Just looking for some advice.

Some relatively simple, healthy lifestyle changes can significantly lower  blood pressure without medication.

Behavioral counseling, exercise and a healthy eating plan can lower blood pressure for many people without using any drugs. You really need to have your physician involved if you have hypertension.

Take Care.
