Hi; I'm new to the Forum and am just trying it out as an experiment to see how it works. If so, maybe I'll write in it more.

Hello Paws and I hope you join in and write your issues, ideas or support and join in with the rest of us.  Remember no one here knows you and we are a pretty nice group of people.

People join an on-line support group to offer and receive support, discuss issues and problems, and share information. I hope this forum will meet your needs.

Welcome.

Respectfully
Kitt

Hi there Paws. I am confident you will enjoy your stay here. Everyone is very helpful and non judgemental...In my opinion, this is the best online support.

Hi stKitt, Howlyncat & TammyGrl; Thx for ur responses & welcome. I'm still learning how to use the Forum, I'm normally on the chats. I've lived w. anx./panic, some depression due to it for yrs., have been thru programs. I've devised a relaxation technique I learned thru them I've been giving to whoever wants it via the chats/e-mail. I'm married w. 2 kids & 2 cats, thus my name. : )

Dear Paws,

Good to hear back from you.  I am glad you get help from the chat forums. Also it is good to hear that you have developed a way to deal with your anxiety, that is great.  What ever works for each person is good and there is always more than one therapy that works too.

Please post more as you feel comfortable.  The forum is tough, hard to goof up and if you do, you can repost.  I have done this more than once yeah

Kee on keeping on and post away.

Respectfully
Kitt
