I'm doing well. Lots of stress at work. Had an A/P setback last week and never could really pin down the cause, but things are better now.

You should get a blood pressure testing device apparatus (I don't know what they're called) and see if you have high blood pressure at random times through the day. If you don't, your doctor should know about it.

Hi there. I am doing, eh, alright I guess. If you feel like it, read my most recent post.

I too have high blood pressure at the doctor. Like today, when I first got there, it was 170/98. Then, at the end of the appointment, he took it again, and it was 130/72. I am so nervous when I first get there, and then I just calm down within the appointment.

I agree with debaser though, you should get a blood pressure cuff for at home. You can pick em up at pretty much any store. Then, you can even have your doctor check it to assure its accuracy, and then yes, I would test my blood pressure throughout the day. I'd hate to see you on these meds if you don't need to be, ya know?

WIshing you well, always!

Hi Machelle,

I'm not doing bad.  Had some anxiety last week, but its better now.

My blood pressure always runs a little high when I go to the Doctors.  I know it's from me being nervous.  I can never seem to calm down when I have an appointment.

Best of luck to you!

Hugs
Mary
