Hi everyone.  I joined the MoodGym Training Program website about 2 weeks ago.

I've been doing the exercises and reading the information.  So far it has been easy to follow.  It has made me realize I need to change my way of thinking to different situations so I do not react with so much stress and anxiety.  I need to stop worrying so much.  I know it won't be easy and this will not be overnight but I am committed to doing this!

I'm thankful that I started this and encourage anyone else who is interested to give it a try.

Thanks Kitt for posting the MoodGym website.

My best to everyone!

Hugs,
Mary

I signed up for this yesterday after reading about it in another thread actually... I just started the assessment and stuff, but I was at work so I didn't get too far into it. It seems interesting though, I'm going to give it a try anyway! :)

You can post the Link to it right here for others that are interested in online CBT...
I have the older version so the newer one would be the best I think anyway
Just my 2 cents

I signed up for that thing months ago, but never went through with it all because I feel like I'm doing pretty well on my own little program. It's a comfort to know that it's there, if needed. I've heard good things about it and have seen enough of it for myself to believe it's based on sound principles.

They take a long time, moodgym is good.
I use clarifylife.
They both are into asking questions.
But I assume the constant online interactions is what makes the healing happen.

Self Discovery,

Clarifylife has a free version but also a premium paid version.  I would caution members to be careful when joining the free "site"

MoodGYM is free with no paid version.

Kindly,

I want to sign up for moodgym but the site is not secure...especially the registeration page where you fill out your personal info...although Australian National University manages the site.

Does anyone know of these types of online CBT programs that is more secure?? Thanks.
