Well, I was there for 3 and a half hours, but I made it through the dental appointment.  I am a little sore from the extraction, but that will go away with time.  My son is due to be home from school in about a half hour, so I am going to rest until he gets home.  I will check in with you all later.  Just wanted everyone to know I am home, and aside from sore, I am FINE!!!

Thanks all for listening!

Oh I know how you feel. I am in bad shape right now, I had 2 wisdom teeth taken out and one was impacted. But I made it. The doc kept asking if I was cold cause I was shaking sooo much! I did it awake I was more scared of being put to sleep than the pain. Now I am afraid of the recovery. really sad I know.
Congrats to you !!!!!! It is hard to make yourself get threw something like that

I am sorry for you too crying. I also did the work wide awake. The thought of getting put to sleep scares me way more than staying awake. I had 2 extractions...I thought it was one, but it was 2, and a few fillings. It wasn't fun! Especially cuz the one he pulled was SERIOUSLY infected, so it wouldn't numb properly. It hurt. But, I am recovering now!!!

Thanks for caring everyone!!!

Thank you junebug! I absolutely do feel proud of myself. I haven't stopped bragging on myself all day! I keep asking My boyfriend if he is tired of hearing me.. Of course he says he's not...but he probably is. That's ok though. I am stil bragging.

Great job Tammy! Im happy that you feel much better.

I hate going to the dentist. I have an appointment in a couple of weeks to get a couple fillings. I am really not looking foward to it. I had all 4 wisdom teeth out a few months ago. I went under but the aftermath was just miserable. The yogurt and pudding diet helped me to lose 15 pounds in 10 days though. Not exactly the healthiest way to do it but effective tongue

Congratulations again.
