Good morning all. I have just taken myself up to the doctors because I had a terrible nights sleep - don't think I actually slept much at all - have ulcers on my tongue now too, to addinsult to injury and have been very tearful the last couple of days. Anyway, my doctor has prescribed me 20mg of citalopram, I have researched it and it looks like it may be the answer to all my prayers - does anyone have any experience of this? I have started to keep a diary due to advice here, and I find it very therapeutic to write down what I am feeling. I just keep crying for no reason sometimes, my MIL asked how I felt this morning and I burst into tears! However, I feel at least I am doing something about it and you guys all help with your comforting words - it's nice to know that you are not alone! tongue

Hey Chow,

Lyn said it very well and I agree with her. Journaling or a blog are both great ideas. I too have been in your place and burst into tears not knowing why. If you need the medication to get a good nights sleep, then I certainly think you should use them.

Take Care.

Respectfully

It will be nice to get a good nights sleep but I am hoping that it will take the edge off of my attacks too!
