If it is serious chest pain, I would see a doctor immediately and tell them what you are experiencing. I have chronic pain in my left shoulder and under arm. Sometimes in my chest too. I have experienced shoulder tingling but nothing in my chest. My doctor told me that it was from stress and anxiety which caused a muscle to swell and pinch one of my nerves. The pain hasn't gone away even after taking skeletal and muscle relaxers. It has been there for 4 months now. But im usually stressed no matter what I am on. I know what you mean by it seems like something new everytime. Anytime one of my pains goes away, a new one appears. It never ends for me. I would still highly suggest that you see a doctor about chest pains as soon as you can. It may not be serious but you don't want to take that chance.

Hello.

I agree with sundryvoid.  If it is serious chest pain I would see a doctor immediately to make sure it is not cardiac related.

I have had these symptons which is related to my anxiety.   I think making an appointment with your doctor for a complete physical would pinpoint exactly what is going on.

Best of luck to you!

Take care,
Mary

Since you already had test done to rule out your heart, it is very possible it is from anxiety.
