I worry about everything. My job...my family...my children. Everything. My panic attacks have been getting worse. I often feel like I'm being choked. Like I have an arm around my neck and I can't breathe. My stomach feels like it's coming up through my mouth. The whole right side of my body starts to tingle and I start shaking. All the techniques I've learned in therapy aren't helping me. I try to do the breathing exercises and I start to panic all over again.
 
I don't have another therapy appointment until next week. But I don't know how much I'm getting out of therapy anymore. I've been going for a long time. I recently had a med change and I wonder if that's a reason for the increased Anxiety. I also have OCD which has really been acting up this last week or so.

Heather,

I am so sorry your having problems and perhaps you need to have your meds evaluated.  Also therapy is a good thing but perhaps you need a different therapist or a new type of therapy. Have you been through the CBT training?

Please keep us posted on how you are doing. We are here for you and we do care.

Thank you for your response.

Yes....I've done CBT, and we're still working on that. I go to therapy 2 times a month.

I just noticed that 50 people have read here....but only one response. Don't get me wrong....I appreciate the response I got. I just wonder if I'm doing something wrong.....
