I would like some advice please...

Hello everyone, I am so annoyed right now. I am tired of dealing with this anxiety crap. I have been told by a couple of doctors that it is anxiety, but I just have a hard time understanding it. Does anyone deal with just feeling like crap and anxious all day??? I have seen a lot of posts about having panic attacks, I have had an attack before I dont have them often. Sometimes I just feel tired all day, I just feel like something bad is gonna happen sometimes and I am just generally anxious. It is very hard to describe other than a feeling of just feeling really unrelaxed. I am in school right now and I take 2 classes online and I take a math class on campus. My class is 2 hours on tuesday and thursday and I always dread going, I feel so anxious the whole time! I feel like I cant sit still and I just sit there and count the mins until I can go home! I hate being that way. When I was in high school I wasnt like that at all! What Happened???? I wish I could just sit there and concentrate and enjoy being in class. I dont know how I will ever finish feeling that way. Some days my hands and feet are really sweaty and wet. What is that from??? I dont feel like I am anxious sometimes but I still have some annoying symptoms. I think I have learned that one thing that makes me anxious is the feeling that I can just get up and run out, like in class. I sit there and think "oh I have 2 hours in here!!" I think my anxiety starts there! Anyways, I am so tired of feeling this way... Can anyone relate to me??? Thanks!1

Sorry you are having problems. You do describe many of the same problems as other with anxiety feel.  Iknow sometimes you may feel like your fine but your anxiety is still interfering with how you are responding to situations.

Are you on any meds to help with the anxiety or have you a therapist to help you to learn techniques to deal with the therapy?

Don't give up as your making it to class and that is a huge accomplishment so be good to yourself.

I know how you feel! I'm taking a college course right now on campus and its 3 hours! I get there which is a good step and feel dizzy and can't concentrate just because i'm thinking 'oh boy i've gotta sit here for 3 hours can i do it and not make a fool of myself!' I too feel like i cant sit still and ugh its so annoying! I know exactly how you feel your not alone!
