Dear Cassay

You posted on 9/7 and members responded. Please review that post.  Also I do not think we have the answer to your question "does anyone know if i can ask my doctor to write me a note that I may have a disability that needs treated and take it down to DSHS for some medical to fix this?" This would be for your Dr. to decide.  Here are your other posts for your review. :)

Rereading your posts, alot of your concerns are about drinking and having fun. I still feel you need to talk to your Mother re your problems as you say she is your best friend, than use her as it is a waste not to. This is my humble opinion.

Bless you and take care.

depending on what state you live in, there is usually a free health care plan for those who don't have it and don't make enough money. Also, hospitals usually have a free care program and they can't turn anyone away.  I live in Massachusetts, and I know that is how it is here.

You sound as though you have severe panic, but you do need to seek help.  Online help is good - you realize you are not alone.  There are therapists out there that help thru CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) and learning relaxation techniquess.  meds are not always needed.

What state are you in - Most medical offices should know of phone numbers you could call to inquire about state health programs.  Are you still a student in college?  Can you be on your parents insurance?

Good luck and keep me posted.  My email is mitcl@roadrunner.com if you want to write to me.

I can't be on my parents insurance, cuz i don't live at home, and I'm not in school right now becuse I couldn't afford it. with rent and school. finacial aide only covered part of that. Thank you for writing, and yes me and my mom are close and i've talked to her about it but theres no "real" problem going on, I can't pin point it, and it's not like I'm constantly sad, cuz I'm an extremely happy person its just i've been uncomfortable and feeling "not quite myself" for the last 9 months, and it's only getting worse, I thought it was my asthma but the enhalors don't work at all, i constantly can't breath and I just always feel like im gunna die, some nights worse than others. I live in washington, our health care plans are so messed up.

Cassay

I know this sounds trite but I really feel therapy would be good for you. There are places that will help you, can you contact a local mental health department to see what might be available.

I have the info for the online free CBT program if you cannot find any other help.  So please let me know if you would like it.  OK?

Hang in there sweetie, there is always a way.  Gentle Hugs

I don't have any money to afford a therapist, and of course that could help but i do have great people in my life and i have a wonderful life that I'm so happy with! you have no idea, my boyfriend and I have been together for 4 years and we are great! and my family is wonderful I can talk to a lot of people about a lot of things and get things out as much or better than a therapist but I think my situation is far worse than that, I think I have major health problems and I do need something.
