Hey guess what?  I saw my pdoc about 2 weeks ago and he put me on a mood stabilizer.
My moods were up and down and so erratic in a day.  Anxiety, depression, impulsiveness, you name it.
Anyway I have noticed a difference in myself and i like it.
Yeah i will admit some days have been really emotional but i was told by my therapist that it is to be expected as i have been down so long , i have not experienced different moods.

So things have been looking up for me and i have had some really good days.  It has even helped with the anxiety.

Angel

Good Morning,

It is good to see you back with us, and I am so happy that your medication is working.

I know a lot of people take mood stablizers and it must feel wonderful to not be all over the place emotionally.  Kudos to you.

Stay with us and keep posting.  Gentle Hugs

Angel,

Finding the right meds can be though, so I am glad that you finally got something that stabilizes your moods. I hope it helps in the long run. Keep us posted.

What one are you on Angel? I'm glad it's working for you. I'm trying zyprexa as it has strong anti- anxiety traits.

Hey Angel,

Glad to hear you are feeling well.  I was wondering how your CBT was going?

I don't think I can try epilim I meant to ask my pdoc the other day as my neighbour uses it and says it's the thing that keeps him sane. I'm on clonazepan as well and as it is also used for seizures (same as epilim) I don't think the 2 can go together but I'll remember to ask my pdoc next time.
