anxiety about an experience with alcohol

ok i had a bad drinking and i have had nausea for the past few days, i tried drinking yesterday and couldn't keep it down. i was wondering if u could help me out and tell me whether its anxiety or just a realli bad hangover or something worse

I am sorry but I feel that you are the only one that can decide what your drinking habit is doing to you. Your question is not one that I can give you an answer for.

I would sure like to see you not drink so much you feel ill. :) Take care of you.

are you taking medication? that can really affect things. And I would go to the doctor if you're still feeling sick from drinking after a few days. Also, sometimes hangovers (alcohol withdrawal) can increase anxiety. It did for me, that why i don't drink anymore...

There is only one person that can honestly answer this and thats you my friend,,,,,,,,we dont know the extent of your drinking.........meds or no meds ect.......

I quit in 1979 as I wanted my SOBER me back frm the brink of Hades ...........and DEATH

I am not trying to be sanctimoniuos at all just letting you see my point on the booze

thanks, i usually dont drink that much, it was just a couple of days. Usually i just go out and get a buzz but this weekend was different and i was just worried

I have found thru talking with friends my age that use to drink all the time like me JUST cannot do it anymore

I know for me it was a no win situation if I had kpt it up ...........
