Well today was the day i finally made it all the way around the block, and even walked my daughter home from school for the first time, im so happy i feel really good.

I was getting a bit frustrated because i couldnt make it all the way with out having an attack, but to make it is a big step for me, and walking home with my daughter for the first time since she started primary school is an awsome feeling, especially seeing as though i couldnt be there for her very first day.

So for all those who are struggling with getting out, it does take time and does get frustrating but be patient and dont give up, because the rewards are amazing. To be able to smell the flowers was awsome, its as if my senses are super sensitive and i can smell just about everything around me, its fantastic.

Well im as happy as a pig in a mud pit.. yeah
just needed to share the good news with you guys..
Cheers... :-)

I am so thrilled for you!  That feeling you have after you accomplish something so important to you is amazing.  I'm doing kind of the same thing as you now, riding my bike to the park every day to get myself out of the house and it's helping in other areas to make me feel more confident.  Keep moving forward, you can do this, and congratulations on your wonderful day!

Thanks for the great replies,

I was talking to my mum on the phone yesterday, she lives in another state, and i told her that i joind the family here and how much it has helped me and boosted my confidence in such a short time.

Like is told her, it's alot easier to talk woth people going through the same thing, because they truely understand how it feels.

So once again thank you to everyone, Each and everyone of you are an inspiration, and have taught me alot in a short time.

((((((HUGS)))))) to all.. :-)
