What type of buzzing/shaking are you feeling? I usually get the 'shakes' when I am very nervous---kind of like being cold---only it's not cold outside! That alone, I think, makes my body in a constant state of "constriction" with my muscles----and then, in turn, I get a lot of other pains! I TRY REALLY HARD to do breathing exercises to get me to calm my shaking when I am nervous. Sometimes it helps---sometimes I am thinking about a bunch of stuff that it doesn't help. That is because I am not focusing---but, when it does help---it's wonderful!

Keep posting!

Very common symptoms. Sorry I don't post anymore, but if you haven't tried medication I'd definitely look into it. And if you are on medication, I'd definitely tell the doctor about this because a change of some kind may be in order. Good luck.

I agree with Debaser too, and I wonder if you have ever had any therapy or learned any CBT training?  May be worth your while to learn to control your anxiety.

Take care and glad to have you with us.

Have you seen a neurologist?  Anxiety attacks and shaking can be symptoms of Parkinsons.  For me, it was almost a relief to know that there was a definite medical reason for my symptoms.  There are medications that you can discuss with the neurologist that would probably help a lot, whether you have PD or not.

Good suggestion GTM. Whenever you have a new symptom you should consult with your physician.

Glad to see you posting here.

This may take a few calls, but try to find a neuropsychologist in your area.  Just like it sounds this should be a person  who has a wider area of interest/knowledge than the first guy.
