So after a year of not having attacks, I've had them all week long.  I'm absolutely miserable and my entire body hurts! I would love to be someone else right now.  I really don't want to deal with this any more.  Just my vent for the day.

I'm sorry that you are having to face all of this again, it's the worst when you have a long period of feeling good and it strikes again.  Do you use cbt, any special books on anxiety/panic that you've read in the past.  Sometimes it helps if you go back to the basics of what you know worked for you before.  I hope that you will be feeling better soon!  Keep coming here for support too.

Thanks for the supoprt everyone. I've been pretty good at managing stresses that come up and taking things one thing at a time. I think at this point, too much has come up at once. My grandmother needs a lung transplant, my dog needs surgery, moving expenses...etc... While I keep telling myself that I can handle this and everything will be o.k, my body disagrees. :) Why can't we (my body and I) just get along!!

Dear Winterwhite,

I understand your question so well.  It is at times like this we reach deep down into ourselves and find the strength to work through the anxiety and do what needs to be done.

I know you have that reserve of extra strength in you so  just keep reminding yourself that you are ok, take it one step at a time. Take our hands and let us help you and vent away. :)

Keep posting.

Gentle Hugs

Kitt
