sorry to hear your feeling down, i've been feeling down myself recently also getting anxiety for no apparent reason, but do rest assured there is endless support here, and it does help alot, and your feeling down will improve, hope you feel better soon.

I understand your question so well. It is at times like this we reach deep down into ourselves and find the strength to work through the anxiety and do what needs to be done.
