I am going to visit with my sister until next Tuesday (won't be online) for a "girls weekend"--I usually do this twice a year----last time I went to see her---I had the panic attack when I found 4 lumps on my breast---(and the whole health anxiety thing started happening)--and I am a LITTLE nervous about going--

I have, what I call, my "bag of tricks"---Klonopin and (antispasmotic drug--can't remember name)---just in case I get "anxious" and feel pains-----I hope to relax and we may go shopping, go to a spa and eat good food!

My problem is that I haven't been eating much because of all the pains I have been having in my GI system lately!  Then, I also worry about my DH and taking care of the kids!
Not that he isn't capable (and good) taking care of them---just, "what if they get sick?"  "what if HE gets sick?" etc..... it drives me crazy (no pun intended)!

I know once I get on the plane--I will be fine--I love to people watch in the airport---but, once I hear people coughing and sneezing----I will get anxious that I will get sick!

SIGH!  This health anxiety thing really gets me sometimes---but, I will try my breathing and relaxation at the airport to get me through this!

Thanks for letting me "talk out loud"!  Have a great weekend!

See you next week!

Laurel,

Just try to clear your mind, and relax! Your hubby will be fine, and so will the kids. This is what you need, so try your best to just "chill!"

Let us know how it went when you get back.

Have a safe and FUN trip!

And eww...no internet...that stinks! LOL...You will be too busy to think of the internet anyway!

HAVE A BLAST!
