thank all of you for your helping get over my anxiety and panic but I would like to ask this question. I have a very slight puffyness near the tip of the index feeling and three months ago it was worst but has got better and the doctor really didn't even talk about it then and that bothers me. its puffy very slightly and really its not that noticable. I did have a heating pad burn months ago but should not this long to heal. or should it

No problems with the finger healing Lyn I just cut too much of the skin and meat off for them to stitch it up but it has all healed over but I'm still having to do the one finger typing as the tendons are still a little tight for bending lol

Well I'm glad your finger is doing well (lol)Now a doctor looked at my finger and he said two things could have happen to me and one was this habil I have was pressing my chin below the direct palm area of my hand for hours like I'm in a thinking position on until my arm goes numb while on the computer and in the bed watching tv. Second a few months ago lifting weights and how I was lifting weights. He looked at my hand and before that two nurses did really didnt make of s big deal about it funny in early july the same thing happen. Two days ago heart rate was great and blood pressure was 137/80

Good Morning

I guess without knowing how puffy you finger is, I would agree that if you still have concerns request your physician to relook at the finger.

You have described some "habits" that may have caused some slight edema in your finger.

Take care and keep us posted.

AK,

Glad your healing :)
