So I leave in an hour to go to my doctor and for some reason I'm nervous.  I've been seeing her for 5 years but this time I'm getting anxious or gut feels funny...
Maybe b/c I'm going to ask for a med change and I guess I'm really afraid what will happen with my mood... I always get angry and irritable when I lower my dose, etc.  I get real snappy and I don't like it....
I also want to do something about my obsessive problem.  It might not be that but when I dial my b/f and he doesn't answer, I get mad and call right 5-10 times, then leave a nasty message.  Theeeen I send text messages until he answers.... what do you call that?!?!?

Taper off Effexor, begin Prozac and stay on Klonopin.

It is okay to be scared.  Give yourself permission to be afraid of the change and know you may have a few rough days so be ready to pamper yourself a bit.  Don't overextend yourself while your on the med change.

Take care and Hugs
