I don't know why I'm feeling really anxious lately.  I'm not panicky... but I'm anxious... which is just as bothersome.

I wonder if my Ativan is not working as much because of the pregnancy or... I don't know..

but panic attacks seem to come on so much easier lately... I feel psychotic some days...

Maybe it's because I quit drinking?  Lyn, any thoughts on that?

hmm

help???

Hi hun
I realy think your not drinking has alot to do with it as does your hormones right now.......
It has prolly really sunk in now that you are truly responsible that you are caring and responsible for another life and that will cause some GOOD anxiety IMHO
How much ataivan are you allowed to take daily ??

I am sure this angst wont last to much longer and you will be just fine sweetie

Let me know how things are going and know you did right thing in giving up the bottle.......I am so proud of you

Love ya Mom......

Twiggy! OMG! I am soo incredibly proud of you for giving up the drink.  What a battle! I'm just six months dry and yes, lovely, it really ups your stress levels for a while.  Your whole way of being has changed and you have to re-learn how to cope.  Those dang hormones wouldn't be helping any either!!! It does get easier, Lyn will back me up on that one :-) Give yourself a huge pat on the back, keep breathing and give yourself another pat on the back.  You just made my day.
I alone can do this, but I cannot do it alone.
